Yosegi, means wound together woods,is Japanese Traditional handmade craft. It was born more than 200 years ago, in Hakone. Japanese traditional crafts have grown with « Beauty of Use ». Craft is a combination of the utility and practicality of everyday objects.
The concept is updating Yosegi to modern practical items.
Yosegi was proudly selected for the Signature Area at Maison&Objet, a testament to our design and quality, and has successfully exhibited at Ambiente. These milestones fuel our passion to innovate while honoring our heritage.

Hakone Yosegi, Japanese Marquetry, designated as a Traditional Craft by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MTIT), meets music, used in the making of popular practical items such as guitars, ukuleles, and cajon to name a few. Yosegi Music is Certified Utility Model, Registration #3225137 by Japan Patent Office.
